• To ensure a smooth process, logout of all Google accounts, or use an Incognito browser.
• Fill out all of the requested fields.
• For Email, use the email address associated with your YouTube CMS that has Owner permissions.
• For CMS ID, use the full 22-character Partner ID.
• When prompted in page one of the "Sign in with Google" app, choose the email account that is associated with your YouTube channel that has Owner permissions.
• When prompted in page two of the "Sign in with Google" app, choose your YouTube Partner account associated with your YouTube CMS.
